We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and following guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) and respective local health agencies where we operate. We understand there are concerns during this time and wish to assure our guests that the safety and well-being of our guests, customers and colleagues are important to us.

| Arrival & Departure Temperature checkpoints for guests and hotel staff upon entry to the hotel Staff always wear personal protective equipment such as mask and gloves Guests and hotel staff are required to scan QR code of the Thai Government’s contact tracing system when entering/leaving the premise. Guests may be required to complete a health and travel history questionnaire.
